In most cases yes. Treatment goes into voids, perimeters and service areas rather than across clinical surfaces, and we work out of consulting hours wherever possible. Where a specific room does need to stay clear for a period we will tell you before we start, so it can be planned into the schedule.
Can you attend after hours or at a time that suits the practice?
Yes. Our team operates 24 hours a day and we schedule around consulting hours, including after hours. Tell us which rooms and times are off-limits when you call.
Are the products safe to use around patients?
Our treatments are family- and pet-safe, and we choose placement carefully in occupied settings. We will tell you exactly where treatment has been placed and whether any room needs to stay clear for a period before it is used again.
Do you provide documentation for our compliance file?
You get a record of the treatment we carried out, which you can keep on file. To be precise about scope: we document our own treatment. We do not issue accreditation or compliance certificates and would not claim to guarantee any accreditation outcome.
Do you also handle aged care or childcare sites?
Yes, though they are different jobs and each has its own page. If you run more than one type of site, tell us when you call and we will set one arrangement across them rather than separate call-outs.
