When you submit an enquiry form on our website, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and suburb (required to respond to a quote request).
• Your email address and a description of your pest problem, if you choose to provide them (both optional).
• The page you enquired from, so we know which service you were reading about.

When you browse the website, we automatically collect:

• Standard analytics data — pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• How you arrived — the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and, if you arrived from a Google ad, the Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid).
• Which buttons and links you interact with — for example tapping a phone number, an email address, or a "get a quote" button.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as health, financial or government identifier details through this website.

• To respond to your enquiry, quote for work, and arrange and carry out pest control services.
• To understand which of our services, pages and advertising people find useful, so we can improve them.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising — specifically, to understand which advertisements and search terms lead to genuine enquiries.
• To meet our record-keeping, insurance and licensing obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We are specific about this because it involves your data being sent to third parties:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — used to measure website usage. This sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. We have disabled advertising personalisation on this data.
• Google Ads conversion tracking — used to measure which advertisements produce enquiries.
• Enhanced Conversions for Google Ads — when you submit an enquiry form, your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash in your own browser and that hash (never the plain-text details) is sent to Google, so Google can confirm whether the enquiry came from one of our advertisements. Google matches the hash against its own signed-in user data and discards it.
• Web3Forms — the service that receives your enquiry form submission and delivers it to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website, and processes connection data such as your IP address for security and performance.

Where an enquiry reaches us, the record we receive also includes how you found us (for example, that you arrived from a Google ad and which campaign it was). We use this only to understand which marketing works.

Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and advertising measurement, and to remember how you arrived at the site during your visit. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the website, contacting us, or requesting a quote.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage Google advertising personalisation in your Google account settings.

• Our technicians and staff, to quote and carry out the work you asked about.
• The service providers listed in section 3, who process data on our behalf.
• Our insurers, or professional advisers, where reasonably required.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are required or authorised by law to do so.

Some of these providers (including Google, Web3Forms and Cloudflare) store or process data outside Australia. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that your information may be handled overseas by those providers.

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and retained for as long as we need them to service the enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using secure (HTTPS) connections across the whole website and limiting access to our systems to people who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
