We are an Illawarra business and our residential service runs across Wollongong, the Illawarra, the Southern Highlands and the Macarthur corridor. Sydney is different: we take on large commercial sites and managed portfolios there, and we are straight with you about the distinction rather than implying a citywide residential presence we do not have. If you are looking for pest control for a Sydney home, we are not the right call and we will tell you so.

What a portfolio actually needs from a pest contractor
At portfolio scale the pest treatment is rarely the hard part. What causes the problems is everything around it — inconsistent reporting between sites, paperwork that cannot be produced when an auditor or a tenant asks, and a different technician turning up each time with no history of the building. We run scheduled programs across whole portfolios and provide documentation per building, so the record for any given site is a record rather than a pile of invoices.
What we are licensed to do — and what we are not
We are licensed pest technicians. That covers pest treatment and timber pest inspection, which reports on termites and other timber pests. It does not make us licensed building inspectors, so we do not carry out combined building-and-pest inspections. For a Sydney site that also needs a building report, you will need a licensed building inspector alongside us — and we would rather say that before you engage us than after.

Can you cover multiple sites under one arrangement?
Yes — that is the usual reason a portfolio comes to us. One point of contact, a scheduled program across the sites, and documentation per building rather than a single combined report nobody can use.
Are you prequalified for contractor onboarding?
We are Cm3 prequalified, which is the contractor safety prequalification most managing agents and larger sites ask for before engaging a supplier. We are also licensed and insured.
How often would a commercial site be serviced?
It depends on the premises, what is handled there, the surrounding area and the site's history. The frequency is agreed up front and written into the program — an agreed schedule that is actually adhered to is worth more than an ambitious one that is not.
Do you do building and pest inspections?
We carry out timber pest inspections and we are licensed for that work. We are not licensed building inspectors, so we do not provide a combined building-and-pest report. If you need both, you will need a licensed building inspector as well.
